The core of my therapeutic work has been with clients from wide and diverse backgrounds who are facing challenging emotions and unresolved pain. I am dedicated to creating a healing space for people of color and underserved communities. I work with an integrative approach mainly rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal and mindfulness-based practices. I focus on understanding your unique perspective and history. The aim is to help you draw awareness into developing your own coping strategies, engage in creative problem solving, and highlighting your personal strength and resiliency. Collaboratively, we will tailor a plan to meet your unique needs.
